WHAT DO I EXPECT AT THE FIRST APPOINTMENT?
Your first appointment at Accenture Healthcare will last approximately 80-90 minutes. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork. During your appointment, one of our licensed clinicians will spend time talking with you to learn more about any mental wellness concerns you may have and how we can best serve you.
HOW DO I GET MY MEDICATIONS REFILLED?
Prescriptions will be refilled during each consultation with enough medication to last until your next scheduled appointment. It is expected that you will not need telephone prescription refills. Urgent refill requests may take 48 hours to process. Early refill telephone requests for controlled substances will not be honored.
HOW ARE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS CHANGED OR CANCELLED?
Every patient must provide a prior cancellation or change of appointment notice within a minimum of one business day (24 hours) notice or you will be charged a $75 late cancellation fee. Regular business hours are from Monday to Friday and minimal hours on Saturdays, to exclude Sundays and Major holidays. It is pertinent to note that insurance companies often do not reimburse for missed appointments.
You will be expected to pay for each session at the time services are provided. Payment methods include but not limited to personal checks, cash, credit card, and appropriate insurance are accepted forms of payment.
