OUR LEADERSHIP

Jerome has committed his professional career to the fields of science, nursing and psychiatry. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and founder of Accenture Healthcare services in Catonsville Maryland. 

Jerome has been honored to practice across the continuum of care from private duty nursing and hospice in the Washington D.C Metropolitan area. He also devoted a significant amount of time within his career to the Maryland Department of Health and mental hygiene. In this role, he worked for the State forensic psychiatric hospital system with individuals Involved in the legal system, by evaluating, and treating different groups of patients, including individuals who have been raised to the not criminally responsible (NCR) defense and/or their competency to stand trial is in question. 

Jerome continued to pursue his interest in nursing, graduating with honors, from Frostburg State University, Frostburg Maryland. Quickly realizing his passion for helping others along their journey to recovery, He decided to pursue a Master of Science In nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric mental Health from Walden University.

Over the course of his career Jerome has worked in various levels of care. These experiences have ranged from treating addiction, trauma and mental health issues amongst adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations.

Additionally, Jerome has held the role of medical director for an Intensive Outpatient program (IOP), Outpatient mental Health Clinic (OMHC), MAT program in Rockville Maryland and a long-term care rehabilitation facility. Working from a collaborative and team perspective, Jerome cultivates a compassionate and cohesive environment for the team which in turn supports the highest possible level of personalized care for clients and their families.  

He has dedicated his professional life to helping those with chronic and persistent mental illnesses living in cities and environments. Jerome continues to evolve his career through education, practicing and serving his local community.
