OUR LEADERSHIP

Jerome has dedicated his professional career to the fields of science, nursing, and psychiatry. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and founder of Accenture Healthcare Services in Catonsville, Maryland.

Throughout his career, Jerome has had the privilege of working across the continuum of care, including private duty nursing and hospice in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. He has also devoted a significant amount of time to the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. In this role, he worked within the state’s forensic psychiatric hospital system, evaluating and treating individuals involved in the legal system. This includes patients who have been deemed not criminally responsible (NCR) and those for whom competency to stand trial is in question.

Jerome pursued his interest in nursing, graduating with honors from Frostburg State University in Frostburg, Maryland. Recognizing his passion for helping others on their journey to recovery, he decided to pursue a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from Walden University.

Throughout his career, Jerome has worked in various levels of care, treating addiction, trauma, and mental health issues among adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations.

Additionally, Jerome has served as the medical director for an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), an Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC), a Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program in Rockville, Maryland, and a long-term care rehabilitation facility. By fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment, Jerome cultivates a compassionate atmosphere that supports the highest possible level of personalized care for clients and their families.

He has dedicated his professional life to assisting those with chronic and persistent mental illnesses in urban settings. Jerome continues to evolve his career through education, practical experience, and service to his local community.
